If the coach… read more was as advertised, the inspection would pass, I would fly out, perform a test drive then purchase and start the long maiden voyage home. The Team was not the cheapest of options I had in the remote area of Southern New Mexico, in fact they were the most expensive. Here’s where the old adage, “You get what you pay for” paid off and paid off dearly. NRVIA inspectors don’t provide costs to fix, they are not allowed to work on RVs they inspect, keeps them above board and unbiased. In my estimation Mobile RV Team saved me over $20k up front costs to restore a coach to the advertised condition. Communication was primarily with CK and very easy. Because of the size of the coach and distance from their home base, the cost was just about $1500, and as I shared, it saved me a bundle. Therefore, this was money well spent. But I didn’t know that on the front end, so I asked a lot of questions. CK was prompt with her friendly and detailed when needed responses. A few times she was on a job and would let me know she’d get back to me later in the day, AND SHE DID. CK shared a sample report of a 5th wheel they did. The detail of the report along with answered questions by CK were key in selecting them to perform the certified inspection. When CK agreed to provide me all the photos and video they took on inspection day, that sealed the deal. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work I received from CK and Dave. Since the data dump was not a standard request, it took a while for the 11.5Gb of images and video to get uploaded, but it was well worth the wait. I spent hours viewing every photo and video. THEY GET UP CLOSE! Quality of their images and video were just right to enable me to zoom in and clearly see the good, bad and ugly parts of the coach. The way the report reads (in the case of this coach), it looks a little repetitive as each issue is listed at the beginning of the report and again within the report summary/details: • LIFE SAFETY ISSUE • MAJOR ISSUE • MINOR ISSUE Since all the tires were almost 10 years old, there were 18 entries in the report, 3 for each tire. 6 in Life Safety, 6 in Major and 6 in the summary. Once I understood how the system they use to generate the report works, I came to appreciate the detail of it and that it wasn’t just fluff to fill up a report. CK and Dave do an excellent job selecting the best images and video links to include in the report. However, because of some of the system’s limitations they’re not able to include everything so I’m very happy I requested all the data. If they charge for it, get it, they capture as much of their work as feasible. So, a HUGE thanks to CK and Dave of Mobile RV Team. You saved me from a nightmare costly project of a beauty that wasn’t. I highly recommend you hire this team, they don’t miss anything.

Fortunately, at the campground we were staying, Dave from Mobile RV Team was camping in the same campground as us, what luck! Dave was able to come over to our RV within an hour, popped open the A/C cover and found that the thyristor wire had come lose and he put it back in place and all was well, thanks Dave!!! But, the best part of this was that we spent time with him and his wife CK going out to dinner and just hanging around the campfire to get to know one another, we may even get together for camping adventures in the future!
